KENYA’S DIGITAL LITERACY TRUST LAUNCHES WITH MINISTRY OF EDUCATION AND INTERNATIONAL PARTNERSTechnology for Inclusive Education in KenyaDigital Literacy Trust members, eKitabu, Benetech, and leading publishers of Kenya Publishers Association (KPA) together with Ministry of Education Directorate of Special Needs Education (DSNE) and UNICEF Education Kenya today launched a public-private partnership to realize inclusive education.As its first project, Digital Literacy Trust members have implemented a pilot to deliver accessible educational materials with Thika School for the Blind, Primary and Secondary. Official Launch of Digital Literacy Trust with MOE, UNICEF and partners will be on Thursday 28th September at Sarit Center Westlands, 8am-9am.
