Dear friends,

There is a particular kind of joy that readers know — the moment a book you love resonates for someone else, out loud, in the same room. This September, eKitabu is organising two afternoons around that feeling: two Book Club Sessions at Nairobi International Book Fair at Sarit Expo Centre on Saturday 26th September (2:00–4:30 PM) and Sunday 27th September (12:00–4:00 PM). Books, authors and readers will meet face to face, and we want your book club at the heart of it.

Here is the part that matters most: we are not choosing the authors. You are!

We invite you to nominate the one Kenyan author and book you would most love to be in conversation with at these sessions. Tell us who your members have been arguing about, recommending and re-reading. This is your time, and the room belongs to the readers.

Your reading habits speak too. The titles book clubs reach for on shop.eKitabu.com — in audio, ebook and print — quietly tell us which authors readers are most eager to hear from, so what you pick up before the fair helps shape the line-up as well. Cast your vote, gather your members, and we cannot wait to see who you bring to the table.
